Many providers deliver across Saudi Arabia. When a listing offers delivery, you'll see the option and any fee before you confirm — otherwise you can arrange pickup directly with the provider.

How do deposits work?

Deposits are set by each provider and shown on the listing up front. They're fully refunded once the item is returned in the same condition, minus any agreed charges for damage or a late return.

How far in advance should I book?

For popular spaces, vehicles, and peak dates, book a week or two ahead. Everyday gear is often available the same week. Each listing shows live availability so you always know.

What do I need to start listing on Adatac?

An account plus a registered organization. Organization registration asks for your business details — in Saudi Arabia that includes your commercial registration number — and is reviewed before provider access is enabled.

Can I list services as well as equipment?

Yes. Equipment is added from My Equipment in the provider portal; services have their own flow — add a qualification for your service category first, then create the listing with your rate and weekly availability.

Does Adatac help me write my listing?

Yes — upload photos of your equipment and our AI can analyze them to suggest the category, specifications, and description. You stay in control and can edit everything before publishing.

What if something goes wrong during the rental?

Message the provider through Adatac first — most issues are sorted out quickly. For anything urgent, our support team is here to help mediate and keep your booking on track.

Can I extend a booking?

Yes, as long as the item is still available. Request an extension from your booking before the return date, and the provider confirms the extra days at their listed rate.

How do I cancel, and is there a penalty?

Cancel from the booking page before the rental starts; the provider is notified with your reason. Any cancellation terms (such as deposit handling) are the ones shown on the listing when you booked.

Most providers respond within hours. Your request stays “pending” until they confirm or decline, and you are notified the moment they do. You can message them meanwhile from the booking conversation.
